A Mother's Day

Mother's day got off to a very good start today.

For MANY reasons. :-)
We hosted mother's day lunch, and our lunch bunch totaled 18. Aunt Jackie came to town, which always gives rise to excitement and celebration around here.

Buzzard and his brother Mike went outside to check out Kim's brand new Toyota FJ. What a fun car!

Kim's folks came to town to join the fun too. This was their first time to see our home and to meet our extended family. I think we must have surely worn them out with all our craziness, but then again, they're just crazy enough to fit right in with this crowd!

We had an awesome time celebrating together.
