And Now It Is December

I've taken some grief, and rightfully so.  I get distracted from the blog because I don't think anyone is reading.  Then I get lectures from my daughter about how she misses seeing pictures from home.  So, at least one person is reading.  :-)

Hannah has issued a challenge...one post for each day in December.

Don't panic; I do realize this is the 8th.  That's how December rolls; you blink, and it's the eighth.  I'm obviously not on schedule for one post per day, yet I still think I can fit a total of 31 in between now and the end of the month.  I'll have to practice my three-a-day skills.  So get ready.  You're about to get the moment-by-moment run down.

The pressure is on to make the days exciting and photo worthy.  Lucky for me, December seems to take care of that on all on it's own.

Tune in and read...and leave me a comment to tell me you're here...so I don't get distracted (again) by something shiny and forget my purpose here.

Okay.....

It's been busy, these days leading up to December the 8th.  I've done stuff.

I spent a special day giving many thanks.

I welcomed my daughter home from college for the first time...

....and had fun basking in her enthusiasm for her film photography class.

I watched my favorite ballerinas do what they do best.

I played games with friends.  And lost.

I crafted.

I bought my son his first tie.  He participated in his first debate, and won.

See?  I do stuff while I'm not blogging.

One down.  Thirty to go.

Plenty of time.  Plenty.

I would like to point out that I did not issue the challenge. Mother came up with it all on her own.... I just keep reminding her that the days are quickly slipping past with no posts. :) I miss seeing you guys! <3
