I had an early morning hair appointment a few days ago, so my Mom agreed to come stay with Emma and be available to help the boys get some school work done. I was in the homeschool room pulling a few things together before I left, when Hayden walked in and asked what I was doing. I'm sure I said something along the lines of gathering a few things that would be simple for Oma to work on while I was off doing my hair.
So, Mom tells me later that Hayden sat down at the school table with her and announced, "Mom said we had to do simple things with you, Oma!"
